We’re looking for a sociable, enthusiastic and reliable bar person to join our small team. </span> </p> <p> <span> <br/> </span> </p> <p> <strong> About You: </strong> </p> <p> <span> <br/> </span> </p> <ul> <li> <span> Must be 18 or over </span> </li> <li> <span> Previous bar or customer service experience preferred </span> </li> <li> <span> Confident, chatty and reliable </span> </li> <li> <span> Enthusiastic and eager to learn </span> </li> <li> <span> Passionate about craft beer or keen to learn </span> </li> <li> <span> Sociable and enjoys building relationships with customers </span> </li> <li> <span> Able to stay calm during busy periods </span> </li> <li> <span> Confident to work alone </span> </li> <li> <span> Experience with a commercial coffee machine or barista skills (preferred but not essential) </span> </li> </ul> <p> <span> <br/> </span> </p> <p> <strong> What You’ll Be Doing: </strong> </p> <p> <span> <br/> </span> </p> <ul> <li> <span> Serving our amazing customers and making them feel at home </span> </li> <li> <span> Replenishing taps and fridges, and managing stock </span> </li> <li> <span> Operating the till and handling payments </span> </li> <li> <span> Keeping the bar spotless throughout the shift </span> </li> <li> <span> Taking and serving food orders </span> </li> <li> <span> Carrying out cleaning duties after closing </span> </li> </ul> <p> <br/> </p> <p> <span> <br/> </span> </p> <p> <strong> Shift Pattern: </strong> </p> <p> <span> <br/> </span> </p> <ul> <li> <strong> Week 1: </strong> <span>  Wednesday 3:30pm–10:30/11:30pm, Sunday 5:00pm–10:30pm </span> </li> <li> <strong> Week 2: </strong> <span>  Wednesday 3:30pm–10:30/11:30pm, Friday 3:30pm–11:30pm, Sunday 5:00pm - 10:30pm </span> </li> <li> <span> Additional shifts occasionally available </span> </li> </ul> <p> <span> <br/> </span> </p> <p> <span> Free meal included on weekend shifts (Fri - Sun), staff discount on most beverages and free unlimited soft drinks and hot drinks during shift.
